Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a team of ~8–12 engineers, providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring.
  • •Develop short- and long-term team goals and build future growth capabilities (e.g., digitalization, electrification, additive manufacturing).
  • •Partner with internal EIIC and global ES stakeholders to assign resources and meet R&D/E portfolio expectations.
  • •Drive technology and process maturity for PCB advanced technologies, including continuous improvement for cost, quality, and schedule.
  • •Contribute as an individual contributor by solving analysis-domain problem statements and deploying simulation methodologies to support the “Analysis First” strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Electrical Engineering.
  • •12+ years of PCB design and development experience.
  • •At least 1+ year of experience managing people.
  • •Very strong high-speed and multilayer layout skills (e.g., multi-layer stack-up, differential pairs, impedance control).
  • •Strong knowledge of IPC standards (IPC2221A, IPC-SM-782, IPC 7351) and board fabrication/assembly/testing process.
