Job Summary

Craft intuitive, elegant, high-performing mobile-first UI for BJAK’s AI and financial products. You’ll turn product requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces, while building consistent experiences across insurance, payments, claims, and investments. Partner with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementation, iterate with feedback and usability testing, and maintain BJAK’s design system with accessibility and responsive quality across devices.

Key Responsibilities

•Design polished, user-centric mobile and web interfaces.
•Convert product requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
•Create intuitive experiences across insurance, payments, claims, investments, and other financial services.
•Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency across products.
•Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementation and iterate using feedback, analytics, and usability testing.

Key Requirements

•2–5 years designing digital products, with a strong focus on mobile applications.
•Strong portfolio showing visual design, interaction design, and UI craftsmanship.
•Advanced proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and modern design workflows.
•Strong mobile-first design knowledge, including iOS & Android platform guidelines and responsive layouts.
•Good understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user-centered design; portfolio required.
