Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead UK cyber risk operational execution and delivery with UK-focused governance across change, issues, and assurance activity.
  • •Drive cloud modernization visibility, regulatory enablement, and UK-specific evidence collection and updates.
  • •Oversee UK operational resilience workstreams impacting Important Business Services with clear ownership and governance evidence.
  • •Co-develop governance committee packs with the UK Entity CISO, delivering executive-ready content and timely agendas.
  • •Foster cross-functional delivery across PCIS, ICR, and technology teams to progress UK priorities and unblock blockers.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Strong governance, risk, and compliance expertise with a track record of leading complex security initiatives.
  • •Experience in cloud modernization, visibility of cloud activity, and addressing regulatory requirements.
  • •Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery, influence stakeholders, and drive measurable outcomes.
  • •Proficient in using Jira/Confluence (or equivalents) and risk/reporting tooling.
