Job Summary

Provide operational and client support for specialty capital markets groups and products, handling complex client requests and inquiries with a focus on timely resolution. Proactively troubleshoot issues, escalate potential compliance or risk concerns, and develop reporting processes and client-facing materials. Partner with Finance and Operations on product and process improvements, contribute to division initiatives and M&A activities, and mentor junior associates within the Capital Markets Group.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage complex client requests and inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
•Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues while communicating best practices.
•Identify and escalate potential compliance or risk concerns.
•Develop and maintain group reporting processes and update client-facing materials (white papers, FAQs).
•Oversee policies and procedures documentation, partner with Finance and Operations on product/process improvements, and mentor junior associates; contribute to M&A due diligence and integration.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business administration or related degree preferred.
•7+ years’ experience in consumer, commercial, or middle market/corporate banking.
•3+ years’ experience in specialty lending, capital markets, or related space.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
•Strong knowledge of accounting, economics, and finance principles, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
