Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage complex client requests and inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • •Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues while communicating best practices.

  • •Develop and maintain group reporting processes and update client-facing materials (white papers, FAQs).

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business administration or related degree preferred.
  • •7+ years’ experience in consumer, commercial, or middle market/corporate banking.
  • •3+ years’ experience in specialty lending, capital markets, or related space.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
  • •Strong knowledge of accounting, economics, and finance principles, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
