Key Responsibilities

•Define and manage the team roadmap by breaking down complex initiatives (e.g., ETA accuracy improvements, time-range experience, proactive communications for deviations) into plans with clear owners and measurable success criteria.
•Translate business, buyer, and product needs into concrete execution plans, challenging proposals to ensure feasibility and maximize post-purchase experience impact.
•Align cross-team agreements to maintain coherence between BXP buyer promises and real operational capabilities.
•Evolve KPI governance for Delivery Success and CSAT with tracking and early-warning mechanisms to identify root causes and enable agile corrective actions.
•Develop new team leaders by delegating management activities and mentoring members to expand autonomy and impact.

Key Requirements

•Ability to define and manage complex, abstract initiatives without supervision, making prioritization decisions with business and user orientation.
•Skill to decompose complex problems—especially in logistics prediction, communications, and delivery experience—into concrete stages and deliverables.
•Knowledge of methodologies/frameworks for managing initiatives, projects, and people in large-scale IT environments.
•Product thinking, including market fit, basic UX notions, impact measurement, and understanding the post-purchase journey.
•Experience leading teams at the intersection of technology and operations, with influence beyond the immediate team.
