Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the central point of contact for customers and external partners for occupational pension (BVG).
  • •Manage assigned BVG key customers directly and personally across the full contract lifecycle in the collective foundation business.
  • •Process contract changes (new business, transfers, plan changes) as well as beneficiary mutations (entry, exit, divorce, home ownership, etc.).
  • •Support Sales/Distribution units (Customer Relationship Managers, brokers, agencies) with specialist questions.
  • •Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., collective life, IT, finance accounting, claims/services, and legal) to ensure smooth customer processes.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Successfully completed training in the insurance industry (VBV certification is an advantage) or relevant professional experience with further training in occupational pension or related topics.
  • •Strong customer orientation and the ability to explain complex issues clearly and present solutions.
  • •Ability to implement efficiently and drive projects in a targeted way.
  • •Teamwork skills and enjoyment collaborating with different stakeholders.
  • •Very good French skills and fluent, written German; good English skills are an advantage.
