Job Summary

Design, build, and operate end-to-end ML pipelines—from training and validation to packaging, deployment, and monitoring. Deploy real-time models exposed as REST APIs using HTTP-based serving with FastAPI/F Flask and tune for low-latency performance at scale. Support streaming and ingestion using Kafka/Pub-Sub/Spark Streaming, while using Spark/PySpark for large-scale processing, feature engineering, and batch inference. Work with containerized, CI/CD-driven ML delivery and optional Google Cloud Vertex AI.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and operate end-to-end ML pipelines including training, validation, packaging, deployment, and monitoring.
•Develop config-driven pipelines and reusable ML frameworks to standardize ML production workflows.
•Deploy real-time models as REST APIs and implement HTTP-based model serving for low-latency inference.
•Implement batch inference and large-scale feature engineering using Spark/PySpark.
•Integrate streaming/real-time data ingestion and support scalable ML delivery with containerization and CI/CD.
•Use streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka) and additional processing tools (e.g., Spark Streaming) as needed.

Key Requirements

•Strong proficiency in Python for ML pipelines, model serving, automation, and framework development.
•Hands-on experience with Apache Spark/PySpark for large-scale data processing, feature engineering, and batch inference.
•Proven experience building and operating end-to-end ML pipelines (training, validation, packaging, deployment, monitoring).
•Experience deploying real-time models exposed as REST APIs with HTTP-based model serving frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Flask).
•Knowledge of streaming technologies such as Kafka, Pub/Sub, Spark Streaming, Logstash, or similar.
