Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide HR counsel to business management teams and support execution of HR strategies and programs aligned to business and corporate goals.
  • •Engage in talent practices including success profiling, onboarding, talent development, retention, and engagement programs.
  • •Manage employee relations intake (e.g., allegations, complaints, and concerns) and counsel managers on issues, corrective actions, and engagement improvements.
  • •Perform majority HR administration work related to recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and employee records.
  • •Monitor employee climate to identify trends/issues and develop and implement engagement and retention plans with local management, plus other HRBP duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • •Experience as an HR Generalist with employee relations, recruiting, and knowledge of local and federal law.
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills and professional, courteous communication with all stakeholders.
  • •Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
  • •Preferred experience in a plant environment, plus familiarity with HRMS and systems such as Workday and UKG.
