Job Summary

Join the Revenue & Reservations team to manage group room reservations and guest communications across channels. You’ll confirm bookings and special requests, respond to sales inquiries and guest requests within 24 hours, and handle phone, email, and WhatsApp with luxury service standards. Use hotel systems (Opera PMS) and extranet platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, Trip.com, Airbnb) to maintain accurate reservation details, support VIP needs, and help achieve KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the initial touch point for group room reservations and proactively confirm reservations and special requests within 24 hours.
•Respond promptly and positively to sales inquiries and handle guest communications across phone, email, and WhatsApp within 24 hours.
•Use extranet platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, Trip.com, Airbnb) to manage reservation messaging with accuracy and efficiency.
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of rates, promotions, packages, and facilities, using sophisticated selling to up-sell/cross-sell and maximize revenue.
•Enter reservation details accurately into the property management system, coordinate with Finance on refunds/credit checks, and liaise with Front Office for guest information and VIP arrangements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: AED 1,800 monthly

Key Requirements

•1–2 years of experience in a luxury hotel environment in a similar role (plus).
•Strong computer literacy with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
•Exceptional knowledge of hotel PMS, specifically Opera.
•Previous call centre experience and Genesys knowledge are advantageous.
•Fluent, accent-neutral English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
