Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop strong working knowledge of Pepperidge Farm products and handling procedures.
  • •Suggestively sell products to every customer, including the Behind-the-Counter-Special.
  • •Maintain merchandising strategy for proper placement, neatness, and accurate pricing/marking.
  • •Complete receiving, rotating, and stocking procedures for shipments (including unloading trucks as needed) and distributor returns.
  • •Operate store opening/closing and cash register/cash-handling procedures, maintain cleanliness, and protect company assets during loss-prevention and management’s absence.
