Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end design for major product initiatives, from problem framing and discovery through execution and launch
  • •Partner deeply with Engineers, CX, Business to turn ambiguous ideas into scoped, high-impact releases
  • •Design intuitive, accessible experiences across Bree’s mobile and web products with a focus on clarity, trust, and usability
  • •Use research, data, and direct customer feedback to inform decisions and iterate on solutions
  • •Create and evolve user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that are ready to ship

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience designing and shipping consumer digital products in fast-paced environments
  • •Strong end-to-end product design experience, spanning UX, interaction design, and visual design
  • •Proficiency with modern design tools like Figma
  • •Working knowledge of front-end development concepts (e.g. components, state, APIs) and the ability to reason about implementation while designing
  • •Experience working closely with engineers and understanding technical constraints and tradeoffs
