Key Responsibilities

•Partner with operations senior leadership to define strategic priorities, assess complex business challenges, and develop actionable plans supporting long-term objectives.
•Lead high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives and special mandates from concept through execution to ensure successful delivery of business objectives.
•Develop strategic roadmaps, governance frameworks, and implementation plans for enterprise priorities and transformation initiatives.
•Provide data-driven insights, strategic analysis, and recommendations to support executive decision-making, organizational planning, and business performance.
•Serve as a trusted advisor by identifying risks and opportunities, preparing executive communications, and monitoring initiative progress (milestones, risks, updates).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field, plus at least 8 years leading strategic, cross-functional initiatives in a complex business environment.
•Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide strategic projects, organizational transformations, or executive-level initiatives.
•Proven project and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities to solve complex and ambiguous business challenges using a structured approach.
•Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and collaboration tools), and bilingual French/English proficiency.
