Key Responsibilities

•Oversee planning, organizing, and controlling design-related activities at a Polish supplier’s site
•Coordinate development and cross-functional review cycles for technical data packages (TDPs) including system architecture, design requirements/specification, and technical drawings
•Develop Polish supplier capability to design products meeting defense and Raytheon standards and coordinate PDR, CDR, and TRR activities
•Support partner design reviews and manage program schedules with ISC, Subcontracts, Engineering, and CBTs
•Engage in partner RESA/FRACAS activities and support production readiness reviews and ship readiness reviews

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent; 6+ years of design/production experience, or 8+ years with a bachelor’s; advanced degree may reduce experience requirement
•Experience with current design systems and processes; transition from design to production
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required
•Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Mission Assurance, IPT Leadership, Program Management)
•Strong ability to develop and review Technical Data Packages (TDPs) and coordinate PDR/CDR/TRR activities
