Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with education customers across Asia as a trusted advisor, owning customer relationships and outcomes.
  • •Build strategic relationships across customer organizations and translate priorities into measurable success plans and value outcomes.
  • •Drive product and service adoption and value realization across the Instructure ecosystem to meet institutional goals.
  • •Manage renewal readiness by proactively identifying risk, sentiment changes, and barriers ahead of renewal.
  • •Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve customer challenges, support expansion with Sales and Renewals, and provide customer insights to Product and Engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing SaaS role, ideally within Educational Technology.
  • •Fluency in English; additional APAC language fluency (e.g., Tagalog, Cantonese, Mandarin, Malay, Japanese, Bahasa Indonesia) is desirable.
  • •Experience building trusted relationships across stakeholder levels, including senior and executive stakeholders.
  • •Commercial awareness discussing customer value, renewal risk, and growth opportunities.
  • •Experience using CRM, Customer Success, or project management tools to manage customer activity and portfolio visibility.
