Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain financial and utilization analyses that drive real estate decisions, including site selection, lease terms, and portfolio optimization.
  • •Actively manage the company’s global real estate portfolio by tracking leases, co-working agreements, critical dates, renewals, and termination options.
  • •Own the CDMX office project end to end—lease negotiation, space planning with partners, buildout through PM firm/contractors, and delivery of a hybrid workplace by May 2027.
  • •Maintain project plans and monthly budgets across workplace initiatives, including forecasting and variance tracking, and partner with Procurement on vendor performance.
  • •Ensure compliance for physical spaces and events with local regulations, safety standards, and insurance requirements, while delivering recurring status briefings to senior leaders.
