Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate across go-to-market teams and own an operating plan spanning Sales, Success, Partners, and Professional Services with clear rules and coverage.
  • •Own internal rollout end to end, including deployment approach, users, measurement, and fixing issues found in rollout.
  • •Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating reviews covering pipeline, adoption, delivery, and internal rollout, turning reviews into decision meetings.
  • •Own the business metrics and maintain one version of the truth, separating measured results from estimates for executive partners and Finance.
  • •Clear legal/security review, deal desk, and customer paper ahead of demand; land new teams, tools, and acquired capabilities into one plan and roadmap; hire and lead a small senior operations team.
