Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage implementation processes, onboarding tasks, and ongoing support for customers integrating with Healthie clinical technology partners.
  • •Provide first-line technical support for clinical integrations and respond quickly to resolve issues affecting patient care.
  • •Lead calls as needed with customers and/or vendors to identify, escalate, and solve problems; use Zoom to troubleshoot via screen sharing.
  • •Work with the ClinOps Program Manager to write new processes, policies, and documentation for clinical integrations.
  • •Analyze recurring patterns in customer feedback and advocate internally to improve product and customer experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 93,000 - 102,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5-8 years of hands-on implementation and customer support experience.
  • •Experience working at a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company.
  • •Strong technical foundation in SSO and 2FA, billing/invoicing, email deliverability, and help desk portals.
  • •Experience troubleshooting and resolving integration/onboarding issues (including reading log files).
  • •Excellent writing and ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
