Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end product development and lifecycle management, including new product approval, post-implementation review, ongoing product review, and product withdrawal.
  • •Collaborate with product teams and control functions across the product development journey, from idea generation and demand assessment to documentation, system readiness, trade execution, and downstream processing.
  • •Support global product governance and product teams on implementation of group initiatives related to new product development, governance, and control.
  • •Prepare, coordinate, and support monthly product governance meetings covering new product approvals and existing product reviews.
  • •Participate in compliance and regulatory projects and maintain internal control standards across products, including timely implementation of audit points and regulator-raised issues.
