Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform inspections and testing of finished and semi-finished products using appropriate methodologies and inspection equipment.
  • •Verify conformity by reviewing self-inspection records from Production and applying company procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • •Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and inspection plans; record work activities and inspection results in technical documentation.
  • •Manage and record non-conformities from incoming, in-process, and final inspections; analyze root causes using structured methodologies.
  • •Monitor quality performance KPIs and support internal audits, customer audits, and third-party certification audits, including corrective and preventive actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Good knowledge of technical drawings, dimensional tolerances, and mechanical assemblies.
  • •Knowledge of metallurgical materials and their properties, and incoming material inspection processes.
  • •Knowledge of EN 10204 material certificates (2.2, 3.1, etc.) and ISO 9001 quality management system principles.
  • •Experience preparing dimensional inspection reports and quality dossiers, with ability to manage product-related technical documentation.
  • •Good command of English for professional communication and technical documentation.
