Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the self-serve line end to end, carrying the commercial number from acquisition through adoption to revenue and net retention.
  • •Set commercial strategy and align Finance and Product, translating it into an executable plan based on where self-serve creates value.
  • •Own activation and time-to-value by evolving onboarding, lifecycle nurturing, and in-product experiences using structured discovery and experimentation.
  • •Shape and execute demand strategy by defining the customer profile and co-owning a single funnel with Demand Generation against a shared ICP.
  • •Orchestrate cross-functionally with clear streams and owners, influence product/engineering/risk roadmaps, and run business cadence to improve funnel codification and economics.
