Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the technical lead for Infrastructure activities; cover large geographical scope with APAC region and assist US & EMEA teams
•Collaborate and contribute to technical infrastructure projects; build APAC global infrastructure and clients infrastructure setup
•Ensure datacenter operations quality for APAC: operations preparation, communication, execution; meet SLA and manage patching, backups, logging, DRP
•Monitor infrastructure and applications; raise and follow up alerts; analyze, diagnose, troubleshoot servers, software, network issues
•Create documentation, diagrams, procedures; enforce security protocols; develop automation workflows to improve repetitive tasks

Key Requirements

•At least 7 years proven experience as System engineer with comprehensive background of modern datacenter infrastructure (Azure Cloud, Windows & Linux systems, Networking, Web application & database support, security & vulnerability management exposure, etc.)
•Mastery of Administration of Windows & Linux servers, Public Cloud computing (Azure), OS & software patching; experience with Azure services (Storage, Keyvault, Application Gateway, Azure Firewall, Network Security Groups, Azure Backup)
•Scripting (PowerShell) and virtualization (Hyper-V); familiarity with encryption protocols and HSM
•Exposure to Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Semaphore) and Kubernetes (kubectl & automation)
•Soft skills: stress handling, leadership, team collaboration, clear communication, problem solving, strong reporting and documentation writing
