Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive the strategic direction of HR & Finance digital platforms across APAC.
  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of regional programs, including multi-country initiatives and large-scale complexity.
  • •Own project planning, business case development, governance, budgeting, resource planning, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.
  • •Manage prioritization, demand management, resource allocation, issue/risk/escalation management, and decision-making processes.
  • •Oversee solution deployment, adoption, operational readiness, stabilization, transition to support, and platform lifecycle management (including release coordination and compliance).

Key Requirements

  • •Solid experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies (5+ years).
  • •Advanced English proficiency to communicate, present, and influence global stakeholders.
