Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of progressive corporate tax, treasury, or finance leadership with global tax and treasury ownership in a multinational business.
  • •Deep expertise in ASC 740, U.S. corporate and international tax, transfer pricing, indirect tax, and global tax compliance and reporting.
  • •Hands-on experience with liquidity planning, cash forecasting, investments, banking relationships, foreign exchange risk, and intercompany funding.
  • •Public accounting experience, ideally Big 4, plus in-house experience at a high-growth technology, marketplace, payments, or e-commerce company.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (or related); CPA, MST, CTP, JD, or other advanced credential strongly preferred.
