Key Responsibilities

•Monitor development cycle progress and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely handover from new product development through pre-production testing phase
•Collaborate to secure on-time delivery of pre-production samples and seamless handover to the Production team
•Support the pre-production team in ordering and tracking materials required for the SOVD phase
•Develop and maintain plans aligned with the current product development cycle and collection outlook through pre-production testing
•Update project timelines and communicate product changes to relevant stakeholders promptly

Key Requirements

•Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Management, or related field
•Knowledge of various types of jewelry products
•Strong communication skills
•Problem solving and decision making for data/process/knowledge acquisition for Production
•Negotiation skills
