Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes to ensure the store is customer-ready at all times.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
  • •Champion visual standards using business performance data and support sell-through by coordinating accurate inventory counts and labor hours for receiving product.
  • •Represent the business in meetings and calls; review, monitor, and partner with the General Manager on budget, reporting, and metrics (e.g., expenses, sell-thru).
  • •Lead the Operations and Visual team through accountability, coaching, talent development, succession planning, and scheduling; oversee Flow experience deliverables on the ALO sales and service model.
