Key Responsibilities

  • •Take great care of customers by catching coverage gaps, discounts, and upcoming renewal issues
  • •Answer inbound calls from customers shopping and policyholders needing changes
  • •Learn the product deeply to guide customers to the right insurance company for their needs
  • •Problem-solve to remove barriers between customers and the right coverage
  • •Process service requests including vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents
