Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end technical delivery of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) engagements, from discovery and design through implementation, validation, and production handover.
  • •Own technical success by ensuring solutions align with VMware and Broadcom best practices.
  • •Review, validate, and refine architectures, designs, and implementation plans for scalability and operational readiness.
  • •Act as primary technical authority for engagements and serve as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders.
  • •Facilitate technical workshops, drive governance/quality/risk management, resolve complex VCF stack issues, and mentor consultants and architects.

Key Requirements

  • •14+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting VMware-based infrastructure solutions.
  • •Strong expertise in VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), including leading VCF deployments in enterprise environments (VCF 9 highly desirable).
  • •Deep technical knowledge across vSphere, vSAN, NSX, VCF Operations, Automation, VKS, and related VMware ecosystem components.
  • •Proven experience leading complex infrastructure and cloud transformation projects from design through production.
  • •Excellent customer-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to lead technical teams and mentor consultants and architects.
