Job Summary

Monitor assembly completion using firing order to establish sequence and lead times for operations to meet shipping dates. Analyze production specifications and plant capacity to determine manufacturing process, tooling, and human resource needs. Plan and schedule workflows by lead times, create production orders, and incorporate available assembly into the production schedule. Provide weekly planning reports, expedite delays, and lead a team of planners while supporting EHS practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor assembly completion using firing order to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates.
•Analyze production specifications and plant capacity data to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements.
•Plan and schedule workflow for each department and operation based on established manufacturing lead times.
•Create production orders on time, check available assembly, and incorporate it into the production schedule.
•Provide weekly planning reports, expedite operations to recover schedules, and lead a team of planners while adhering to EHS practices.

Key Requirements

•Graduate of a Bachelor’s/College degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
•Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Production Scheduling and Control.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP; PELICO is an advantage).
•Must not be under a Performance Improvement Plan, must not have disciplinary cases in the past year, and must have at least a year in the current position.
