•Partner across functions to frame ambiguous business questions and deliver rigorous, opinionated analysis for key decisions.
•Bridge Finance and Marketing by connecting budget pacing, spend efficiency, and channel outputs to revenue forecasts and planning.
•Own high-leverage company questions such as unit economics, growth drivers, and the B2C↔B2B picture, translating insights into leadership recommendations.
•Drive board- and business-review-level analysis by synthesizing company-wide performance into clear, trustworthy narratives.
•Define and govern core metric definitions as a single source of truth; support planning metrics like LTV, CAC, payback, and NRR and help teams use AI-assisted analytics for routine questions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 217,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years in analytics, strategy, or business/finance analytics, with measurable impact on business decisions.
•Advanced SQL and strong experience with modern analytics tools; familiarity with dbt or semantic layers.
•Hands-on experience applying AI/LLM tools to analytical tasks like synthesis and hypothesis generation.
•Strong business and financial acumen, including comfort owning logic behind LTV, CAC, payback, NRR, and revenue recognition.
•Ability to frame ambiguous questions, form a point of view, and communicate persuasively to technical and non-technical audiences.
