Lead Engineer -Brush Engineering Operations

Lead the engineering budgeting and forecasting for engineering activities, partnering with engineering and finance leaders to establish governance, processes, R&R, and KPI metrics. Build and maintain engineering budget models, coordinate budget collection and finalization for long-range planning, and run monthly operating rhythms to analyze actuals, forecasts, and variances. Support finance with cost rate evaluations and develop blended rate definitions to improve program cost management and control.
