Drive store sales goals by delivering an exceptional ALO guest experience through genuine connection, product education, and knowledge of ALO’s retail, yoga, and café offerings. Lead and exceed sales goals by supporting Flow initiatives, maintain an engaging sales floor environment, resolve client needs quickly, and help ensure effective store operations including merchandising, replenishment, and front/back-of-house procedures.
