Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and support posting of daily branch transactions, including invoices, receipts, customer collections, and vendor payments.
  • •Support vehicle deals by checking financial aspects, pricing, and discount requests, ensuring accuracy and proper approvals.
  • •Monitor cash collections, bank deposits, and petty cash; reconcile balances and follow up on reconciliations for customer and vendor accounts.
  • •Assist with month-end close activities, including accrual inputs, provisions, and journal support.
  • •Track branch operating expenses, purchase orders, and supplier invoices to identify issues such as overspending or miscoding while ensuring compliance with DOA, internal controls, and audit requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • •Basic understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial controls.
  • •2-4 years of experience in accounting, branch finance, or high-volume transactional finance.
  • •Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP, and dealership finance operations.
  • •Proficiency in reconciliation with strong attention to detail and documentation discipline.
