Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead talent brand strategy and translate the employer value proposition into clear, differentiated candidate messaging.
  • •Design integrated campaigns and build scalable content systems, recruiter resources, reporting, event support, and campaign operations across channels.
  • •Set editorial direction and align cross-functional partners to produce accurate, inclusive, culturally relevant, and consistent talent brand work.
  • •Advise Talent Acquisition and business leaders on audience strategy and campaigns that support hiring priorities, pipelines, and conversion.
  • •Improve candidate journey touchpoints using performance data, audience insights, candidate feedback, and talent market trends.
