Key Requirements

  • •4-5+ years of experience in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Creative Analytics, or Marketing Science, focused on media measurement and creative performance evaluation.
  • •Strong statistical expertise combined with creative intuition, including understanding of hooks, pacing, asset saturation, and audience resonance.
  • •Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R for large-scale data analysis and modeling.
  • •Hands-on experimentation and measurement experience, including causal inference, synthetic controls, matched market testing, and regression analysis.
