Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and negotiable instruments while providing excellent customer service and promoting bank products. Operate an online teller terminal, verify and balance cash daily, detect and resolve discrepancies, and adhere to teller procedures and compliance requirements. Build professional client relationships, handle inquiries promptly, and coordinate with team members and management while completing accurate reports and maintaining a secure, well-kept work area.
