Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow established standard work and processes using enterprise systems.
  • •Coordinate project transitions from Sales to Operations within enterprise business systems and administer projects to ensure contract compliance and successful delivery.
  • •Manage procurement per project requirements, including material ordering/tracking, issuing purchase orders and subcontracts to vendors.
  • •Coordinate monthly customer invoicing to ensure timely and accurate billing.
  • •Review billing backlog and coordinate with Project Managers, BAS and HVAC Field Technicians, customers, and Trane claims to resolve obstacles.

  • •Associate's degree and up to two (2) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
