Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise multinational clients on healthcare and risk benefit strategy, focusing on claims utilization, cost management, and value optimization.
  • •Interpret complex data to develop actionable recommendations for HR, Finance, and Risk stakeholders.
  • •Define and execute the data and analytics roadmap, developing analytical models, benchmarks, and utilization studies to identify trends and cost drivers.
  • •Translate complex analytics into executive-ready insights, dashboards, and reports for senior leadership audiences.
  • •Lead multi-country projects and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to scale pilots into global standards, while supporting financing design and optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of experience in employee benefits, health/medical insurance, actuarial consulting, risk financing, or related fields with significant exposure to multinational clients.
  • •Strong technical experience and post graduate qualifications in analytics, health economics, actuarial, or quantitative analysis, including cost management strategies.
  • •Demonstrated experience with global benefits funding arrangements, including multinational pooling and/or captive programs.
  • •Proven track record leading complex, multi-country client engagements and delivering clear, data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with analytical/visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL (or similar).
