Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide prompt, thorough customer service to ensure an excellent fan experience.
  • •Handle guest credit/debit cards and complete transactions accurately.
  • •Prepare the stand display before the event so merchandise is viewable to fans.
  • •Physically count and manage inventory before and after the show.
  • •Assist fans by sharing merchandise information such as pricing and sizing.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to work up to an average of 12 hours per shift.
  • •Ability to lift up to 30 lbs using proper lifting techniques.
  • •Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • •Reliable transportation due to scheduled hours.
  • •Strong communication skills and a “Can-Do” attitude (prior relatable experience is a plus).
