Operate and monitor thermoforming equipment to keep production safe, smooth, and efficient. Perform start-up/shutdown and line cycling across the thermoforming line (extruder, former, trim press), troubleshoot issues to reduce downtime and scrap, and complete in-process quality checks and documentation. Follow GMP/HACCP/SQF/ISO and sanitation/clearance procedures, maintain clean work areas, record production data in WebEFF, and support QA and operators during shift changes.
