Key Responsibilities

•Onboard new enterprise customers onto F5 Distributed Cloud Bot Defense, Shape, and WAAP, owning the end-to-end technical integration from kickoff through go-live.
•Tune and optimise bot policies, WAF rulesets, and detection configurations across your account portfolio, balancing security effectiveness against false positives.
•Investigate traffic anomalies, detection gaps, and customer-reported issues by digging into logs, request patterns, and telemetry to find root cause and drive resolution.
•Be the primary escalation point for critical incidents, managing communication at Director, VP, and C-suite level with clarity and urgency.
•Build and maintain strategic account plans: QBRs, consumption forecasts, capability roadmaps, and health metrics tied to each customer’s business outcomes.

Key Requirements

•10+ years in a technical role within enterprise environments (TAM, solutions engineering, managed services, or security operations)
•Hands-on experience with web application security: WAF, bot management, API security, or application delivery with direct configuration/tuning experience
•Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP/S, JavaScript, HTML/CSS and how modern web apps are built and delivered
•Ability to read and interpret traffic logs, HTTP request/response data, and detection telemetry to diagnose issues independently
•Proven track record managing C-suite/VP-level relationships at Fortune 500 or large enterprise accounts
