•Sell product support services and subscription-based products and achieve the sales quota assigned
•Articulate features, benefits and pricing plans to prospective customers
•Probe for customer requirements to match the Support Service plans
•Provide recommendations to customers for use of Support Services plans
•Handle customer inquiries by explaining provisions and benefits of proposed plans and ensure timely quotations, purchase orders and invoicing

Key Requirements

•Associate Degree in Business or equivalent
•2+ years of sales experience representing high-technology products or services (Inside Sales/Tele Sales with cold call experience preferable)
•Experience in working with complex agreement offerings and positioning benefits to customers
•Experience in managing a sale from lead to invoicing, CRM/ERP knowledge a plus (Salesforce.com, Oracle, NetSuite)
•Good selling techniques, interpersonal, communication and telephone handling skills
