Solar Foreperson

Lead a solar installation crew of three to six, ensuring safe, high-quality work and strong customer service for residential and small commercial projects. Organize and train team members, manage the construction workflow, maintain project documentation, and troubleshoot worker issues. Provide feedback to management and handle service calls when needed, including acting as supervisor when absent.
