Job Summary

Design the end-to-end group practices experience, serving as the design anchor for Headway’s segment-based pod. Own onboarding and supervisory billing as the team expands from New York to all 50 states, designing workflows for admins and owners, packaging tiers, and practice analytics. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success, and prototype using an AI-first toolkit (Claude, Cursor, MagicPatterns) through launch and iteration in code.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the design of the group practice experience end-to-end, including onboarding, supervisory billing, packaging, SLA compliance, and admin tooling.
•Drive supervisory billing from early product to nationwide scale, designing onboarding and activation for supervisors and supervisees as expansion continues across states.
•Design for admins and owners using bulk workflows, role-based views, multi-provider management, and practice-level analytics.
•Adapt platform-wide launches for group practices by ensuring packaging, identity verification, and onboarding improvements work in the group practice context.
•Start in planning mode and prototype using Claude.ai, Claude Code/Cursor, and MagicPatterns, partnering with Product and Engineering for production readiness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 212,000 - 265,000 annually
