Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the design of the group practice experience end-to-end, including onboarding, supervisory billing, packaging, SLA compliance, and admin tooling.
  • •Drive supervisory billing from early product to nationwide scale, designing onboarding and activation for supervisors and supervisees as expansion continues across states.
  • •Design for admins and owners using bulk workflows, role-based views, multi-provider management, and practice-level analytics.
  • •Adapt platform-wide launches for group practices by ensuring packaging, identity verification, and onboarding improvements work in the group practice context.
  • •Start in planning mode and prototype using Claude.ai, Claude Code/Cursor, and MagicPatterns, partnering with Product and Engineering for production readiness.
