Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the trusted financial advisor and business partner, acting as the primary contact and Business Banking client expert.
  • •Drive relationship growth by analyzing client/prospect business and industry trends and creating a clear understanding of client needs.
  • •Educate clients on KeyBank capabilities and products, including cash management, payments, and equipment finance, and identify cross-sell opportunities.
  • •Maintain active prospecting, including identification, qualification, calling, and building a Center of Influence (COI) referral network.
  • •Lead and participate in credit processes, ensuring accurate risk assessment and ultimate accountability for portfolio activities and issues; partner effectively with Credit for credit decisions.

Salary: USD 80,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (required).
  • •Minimum of 3 years' experience in a small business/commercial lending environment (required).
  • •Minimum of 1 year of experience cross-selling products and a track record to meet or exceed aggressive sales goals (required).
  • •Demonstrated ability to build trust using a client-centric approach.
  • •Ability to understand financial, operational, and strategic drivers of client organizations to deliver relevant banking solutions.
