Job Summary

Perform extensive automotive heavy bodywork in Carvana reconditioning centers, including heavy plastic welding/stapling, metal pulling/straightening, roof and rocker panel repair, and stud welding (including Bondo repair). As an experienced heavy body technician, train other autobody technicians while working 6:30pm–5:30am Monday–Thursday with overtime on Fridays. Earn $33–41/hr and benefits including 100% company-paid healthcare and a 401(k) match.

•Perform heavy metal pulling, straightening, shrinking, and related metal repair work.
•Repair roof and rocker panels as part of reconditioning workflow.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, including exposure to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
•Use safety equipment (e.g., face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask) and other protective garments/equipment.
