Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide servant leadership for the supplier corrective action program for assigned business, improving tool usage and efficiency for non-conforming material and corrective action requests.
  • •Provide technical oversight to suppliers in process development, PFMEA, control plans, PPAP, measurement systems, standard work, and error proofing.
  • •Coordinate initiatives between manufacturing site SQEs and suppliers to drive effective problem solving.
  • •Assist in managing supplier-caused quality escapes, including on-site intervention.
  • •Support supplier recovery initiatives related to warranty, concessions, and production interruptions.
