Senior Scheduler - Construction

Develop and maintain the owner’s Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for large-scale capital programs. Establish schedule management deliverables, coordinate with stakeholders as a trusted advisor, and create baseline schedules and schedule basis documents. Conduct resource loading and leveling, consolidate contractor schedules into the IMS, and assess impacts to the critical path. Use EVM methodology to measure progress and produce recurring schedule reports, trending charts, and variance analysis.
