Key Responsibilities

•Manage a portfolio of middle market accounts and supervise placement and servicing of P&C programs, including renewals.
•Serve as the representative for the local office on new business and renewal opportunities and collaborate with local colleagues to meet client needs.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and underwriters to support P&C accounts.
•Mentor and develop associate brokers on the team and promote knowledge sharing within the office.
•Work with the broader Aon team to ensure connectivity, collaboration, and adherence to team standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant insurance P&C experience.
•Proven knowledge of Casualty (Workers’ Compensation, Commercial Auto, General Liability, Umbrella/Excess) and Property coverages.

•Strong collaboration and communication skills.
•Proficient in Microsoft Suite and presentations.
