Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead GTM strategy and financial governance for global Sales Development, including capacity/quota planning, incentive compensation management, and pipeline forecasting.

  • •Own and optimize routing and segmentation logic within Salesforce, including automated inbound lead distribution and routing frameworks.
