Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor assigned KPIs/leading indicators across sites, identify anomalies, and emerging risks using approved dashboards/tools.
  • •Apply established playbooks/standard work to classify issues, take defined actions, and route/escalate exceptions through the correct channels.
  • •Create and maintain clear incident records (status, impacts, actions taken, owners, next steps) using required templates and tracking systems.
  • •Provide concise, decision-ready updates to stakeholders and document decisions for continuity.
  • •Perform structured shift handoffs to preserve watch-outs, constraints, open actions, and escalation status.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 54,100 - 67,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated ability to interpret operational metrics, identify exceptions, and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
  • •Proficiency with standard computer tools (Excel spreadsheets, chat/email, dashboards) and comfort working primarily in a computer-based environment.
  • •Ability to follow standard work, use templates, and maintain high documentation quality while escalating appropriately.
  • •Ability to work a 2,2,3 schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off).
  • •Preferred: experience in logistics/warehouse operations with exposure to performance monitoring or operations support; familiarity with PRIME (WMS) or comparable systems and exception management; basics of continuous improvement (RCA, PDCA/LE).
